What are the fee deduction rules for a receiving account of EWB?

The maintenance fee will be deducted each month from the 25th-5th directly from the account balance. Please make sure your account has sufficient balance for the maintenance fee. If the deduction is unsuccessful, the system will close the account on the 5th. However, the deduction will keep pending and will continue to be implemented until the account is inbound. There is also a one time $5.00 USD activation fee to open this initially.
