How do I download a welcome letter from PingPong?

To download a welcome letter from PingPong, please follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your PingPong account and click on the "Marketplaces" tab.
2. Once you are in the receiving accounts section, please select the currency on the left and then select the account from the dropdown. Lower on this page, you will find the option "Apply for a welcome letter" under the account details.
3. Provide your information and confirm it, then click "SUBMIT".
4. In about 5 minutes, you should receive an email at the email address associated with your PingPong account, with the welcome letter attached.
